Eddie Carr is hands down the best realtor my wife and I have ever had the experience of working with. He went well above and beyond what we would expect from a realtor. Due to work relocation from Texas to Alabama we had 3 weeks to find and close on a house. He really took the time to use our input and feedback to find us the perfect home. Over the course of a week Eddie showed us houses based on our wants and needs starting on Monday and we had an offer in by Thursday. When we returned to Texas, Eddie took the time to meet the home inspector, did the walkthrough with the builder’s superintendent and agent, and dealt with the fence contractor for us. He kept in communication with our lender as well to keep the process moving forward. If it wasn’t for Eddie this extremely stressful move would have been so much worse.
